Remote LED Trigger for Store-Bought Props
Many cheaper store-bought props are triggered by a light sensor (photoresistor) like this:
These props rarely go off when you want them to, especially when the lights are low.
A simple solution is to stick an LED in the hole where the sensor is, then use a remote module to toggle the LED on and off.
These modules are cheap (about $5) and easy to wire up:
